Snapchat is a phone app that is one of the most hottest thing in 2013-2014. It is a Social app that lets you send pictures, add text and drawings, and videos to your controlled list of friends for a selected time between 1-15 seconds then is hidden from your device after you have viewed it. Over 50 million people use this everyday though out the world. Around 400 million snaps are sent out every day through out the world (which is a lot to me!)
I am guilty of the use of this app. I use it to see what my friends are doing today and thought the day, and can be very addictive! Its crazy of what the world has come to for all the communication that you can have with people.

This is interesting! I had no idea that many people sent so many snapchats a day. I had no idea snapchat was even that popular. Cool post.
ReplyDeletepersonally, i think snapchat is useful in the way of staying connected with your friends and seeing what they are doing, but some people take it to far and a constantly post random stories on their snapchat. for me i use snapchat but not as much has i use to. this is a good post and all but i think it could use a little touch up and maybe add a shocking statistic like how many snaps are sent every second cause i would like to know that.
ReplyDeleteI know! some people out there really take it to the next level and even send pictures of their bodies or body parts....and its really awkward. sometimes snapchat can be creepy and let you add people you dont know (of course you have to accept) and thats when you can get them. Also, i like the part where you can see if someone took a screenshot of your picture, like why do you need a screen shot of me on your phone?? (unless it was funny)
